The regional centre, strategically located in Epping (Essex), serves as the hub for this exciting venture.
Boasting a wealth of experience, Gurp and Manny bring years of expertise from their tenure in franchise recruitment. Now, they are set to leverage this knowledge to propel Kenect to new heights in the bustling London region.
The process is carefully designed, offering a comprehensive overview to guide aspiring franchisees, regardless of their recruitment background. From recruitment and sales training to continuous support, the plan is laid out week by week, month by month, ensuring a clear path for growth in their respective territories.
Not stopping there, Gurp and Manny are actively involved in running the North London territory. The North London team serve as a beacon of best practices, exemplifying the successful approach they envision for their franchisees.
Their vision extends beyond the conventional work-from-home model. Instead, the emphasis is on winning local business and nurturing the growth of local territories. A total of 12 territories have been punctiliously mapped out, setting the stage for a grand launch in the upcoming new year, marking the beginning of an exciting journey in the first quarter!

Now acting as not only franchise owners with Kenect themselves but also acting as Co-Directors for London Operations, they have taken the responsibility to create a further 12 franchise territories that can be taken on by like-minded individuals within the Greater London area.”

“Myself and Gurp have a very successful background in driver recruitment and franchising for over 30 years between us. I came across the Kenect franchising opportunity when I saw David on the Kenect franchising web page. I had previously worked with David so made contact with him straight away.
Kenect have a strong presence in the Midlands and the North but not so much in London and the M25 region. Franchising was a way to grow the brand and Gurp and I started discussing the master franchise opportunity with Kenect senior management team. Gurp and I know the London area well and can see the great opportunity to recruit, train and support our London franchise partners from our offices in Epping.
The systems, processes and Head Office Support Team that Kenect have developed over the years will allow the London operations to grow its network of offices. The London operations will continue to provide high quality, trusted recruitment services to logistics and industrial businesses in the region just as Kenect has done in the Midlands and the North.”
