The service level we have received from Kenect Recruitment has been of the highest standard.
We as a company have put a lot of pressure on Kenect to supply a mass amount of drivers for our major contracts with a high expectation of the standards and quality we required.
As always with agency drivers, we expect to get quite a few that are not to the level we require, however surprisingly the majority of drivers were to our high standards which isn’t something that happens very often.
The support with the minor issues we have had, have been responded to and resolved in a timely manner and actioned accordingly.
All in all… Kenect would be the perfect choice for companies looking for a specialist national supplier. I have no complaints or issues with the service provided by Kenect and will certainly be using them for all recruitment (new/current) business moving forward.
