The final changes are now in place to support our new company structure.
Firstly, we would like to say a huge congratulations to Luke Bodell who has been promoted to Director of Southern Operations and is now a member of the board.
Managing Director, Jason Whittenham said, “Luke fully deserves his promotion. He has worked so hard since joining the company as a trainee consultant over 7 years ago. Luke is a typical example of someone working hard and reaping the rewards, it just shows that with the right determination and commitment anyone at Kenect can make it to the top.”

New Director of Southern Operations, Luke Bodell said, “It is an honour to be offered the opportunity to become the Director of Southern Operations at Kenect Recruitment – I still have the same desire to grow the Kenect Brand today, as I did when I joined the business back in 2015.”

Secondly, we would like to announce that Dean Weston has now been given the new and exciting role of UK Sales Director.
Managing Director Jason Whittenham said, “I’m so happy for Dean to be given this new and exciting role. This is a key position within the company and having the best salesperson in the business to take control of this is very exciting.”
“Dean will be responsible for a range of sales targets and will work closely with our new marketing department (coming January 2023), to ensure we are offering as many clients as possible the opportunity to work with our great business.”
