We have some exciting news!
Big changes have been made here at Kenect Recruitment, and are now set in place for our new financial year starting October 1st.
We are happy to announce a new company structure that will support our larger UK operations, personal progression for staff, franchisees, and group services for both our workers and clients.
Managing Director, Jason Whittenham said “Back in April we announced that all staff would receive a 3% basic salary increase to support them with the costs of living. Today we announce further action to support our staff and business as we continue to grow throughout the UK.”
“The board of Directors strongly believe that looking after our staff takes care of business. It’s important to set clear objectives, offer various training programs and set personal progression plans to work towards for everyone.”
“Our recent growth has allowed us huge reinvestment opportunities and we are excited to divide this out into key areas of the business. This will allow us to continue with our growth plans and improve services for customers.”
“Albeit unsteady right now, the economy of the United Kingdom is a highly developed social market and market-orientated economy. It is the sixth-largest national economy in the world and its important businesses move with trends to support its staff and infrastructure.”
