Kenect Recruitment held its first-ever awards night on Saturday and with eight awards on offer there were high expectations across the board especially on Burton branch who had performed fantastically well throughout the financial year… and they didn’t disappoint!
Sunita won the Resourcer of the Year Award, Vikki won the Consultant of the Year Award, Luke won the Outstanding Contribution Award and together they captured the Kenect Cup. This is the first time in 5 years that the trophy moves away from Atherstone branch in what was a fantastic team achievement on the night for Burton. Other winners on the night included Danielle Shaw (Annual Kudos Award), Adam Turner (Sales Person of the Year Awards), Ben Harrison (Best Newcomer) & Rachel Dagless (Company Choice Award).
This was the first time an awards night has been put together in the 7 years Kenect has been going. Only two branches had won the Kenect Cup in the last 6 years (Rugeley year 1 and then Atherstone year 2, year 3, year 4, year 5 & year 6) however, Burton took the trophy this time around and did it in style.
Also on the night Prism picked up a thank-you hamper as did Xtreamedia with Bronya Bailey returning for one night only.
It was a great night enjoyed by all and we now look forward to the new financial year to see if Burton can retain the trophy or if Atherstone can win it back… or maybe there’s another branch in with a chance?
